Markings:	he has a few odd stray white hairs on his body
Circumstances:	i let him out for a last look about, he usually comes back within the hour, i went to bed, has been out all night before, he was not at the back door with my other cats as usual the next morning
Other info:	he does had a bell, and it does make a noise

hi everyone, i would like to say a big thank to this site, I have found billy after 3 weeks on the run, he is very thin, but purring well!
