Markings:	It tongue hangs out of its mouth. It's very dirty and matted. Looks like its been living rough for a while. Has a pink nose but has black around the edge of the nose
Circumstances:	Was wandering on the street. Been taken in by a memberof the public who is going to take to to the vet to be scanned.
