Markings:	He is black and white, he has one black patch covering his eye and one black spot on his belly. His tail is also black.
Circumstances:	He got taken into pdsa but I’m having a hard time getting through.
Other info:	He had been brought into the PDSA after going missing 3-4 months ago I was told. I’ve tried contacting them but they keep hanging up or not getting back to my emails.
