Markings:	He has a tiny white spot on his head
Circumstances:	He is an indoor/outdoor cat, so went outside as usual. Saw him on the 9th and he seemed to have something wrong with his eyes, tried to bring him in and he ran away
Other info:	when I last saw him he had something wrong with his eyes
