Circumstances:	Milo escaped his harness at Rownhams Services southbound and darted across the carpark and disappeared into the woods behind the services.

Highways England found his remains in the central reservation not far from the services and I got the call tonight to confirm it was him.

The remains were not Milo. After sending in a cremation company and a thorough search for a chip we found one, but it isn't Milo's. I need this report reopened please....
