Yes Westie213. :-) We contacted the owner of Cosmo and we both think that his cat and the cat who has been visiting/staying with us is one and the same.

We contacted the owner of a cat that was reported missing in 2015 who looks just like the cat that visits/stays with us. His name (the cat) is Cosmo and we learned that he wanders a lot. So we are letting him stay with us whenever he visits... but we are relieved to know he has a home.
