Hi I've seen and fed a cat like that today and other days, seems quiye small, tail looks abit bent, fluffly black on b69 pinfod st car park , any otherr pics pls show seems quite scared of people and cars thought it could been a stray

Nothing else noticed but he was quite small and fluffy Bent tail and scared of cars, nothing else I noticed and ok
