Circumstances:	I didn't find the bird myself but 2 passengers - an elderly woman and a man - knocked on my door with this parrot. They said it was chirping loudly on the street and no one answered the door except me. So they asked me if I can take care of it because it's very cold outside. So I took it in and put notes on neighbours' doors but no one has reached out yet.
Other info:	It lost its crest and there seems to be a small injury on its head
