Markings:	Full green feathers with small red patches on shoulders
Circumstances:	flew out the window, we normally dont keep windows open in the rooms he goes to but he managed to find his way into the room with an open window.
Other info:	very friendly, says hello, whistles + loves to sit on peoples shoulders.
