Circumstances:	The cat was very skinny.it just came to my garden i gave him food.since then he is always coming to my garden for food.i dont think he has an owner.i never seen him around also.the weather is getting colder and i dont know what to do about him.i love cats i do have 2 cats inside.i feel very sorry this cat.when i started feed him he was very skinny now he is ok.i dont know if he is lost or the owner kick the cat out.
