The local dog warden "found" him nera ASDA. The number on his tag was a Czech number starting with +44 and, instead of just dialling the number as is, they tried to "interpret" it so obviously couldn't get hold of me. Unfortunately I had just arrived with him in the UK and had not updated my details on his microchip registration yet. I managed to trace him through social media.
