Markings:	3 legs
Circumstances:	He went out in tge morning and never came back home. He was taken a few months before by a woman and taken to Cleobury mortimer vets and I picked him up from Bewdley.
Other info:	He has 3 legs and a stump. Also when he meows his voice can be croaky.

He was taken by a lady who works at western power in Ludlow.
