Circumstances:	I saw the neighbour from 53 on ring door bag grab the cat and put in a cat cage and when I confronted her about she shouted and defencing and said cat gone don't ask me any questions I'm concerned about the cat as it only new our street and we wanted to adopt it as it chose our home
Other info:	We discovered the cat in January and gave it a home checked with neighbours it was not theirs wanted to register it but was not sure of process and did not want to scare cat so was waiting for them to feel safe
