Circumstances:	Escaped carrier outside my block of flats and bolted across the garden in S Clive Street back garden. It was an extremely windy day, very high winds around the Hi-Rise where I live. Also a refuse truck was noisily backing into our drive to empty bins right in front of wall that Sandy jumped over. The noise, flashing orange lights and high winds meant I could not be heard calling him (even tho I doubt he would have responded) It was appalling gales for about 2 - 3 days after he went missing, thus made searching for him very problematic.
Other info:	The cat is very very wary of people. He is out of his area, does not know the area where he escaped as never been outside here.
