Circumstances:	He managed to open cat carrier when about to get into taxi for Vets appointment (for neuter) and fled over wall to back gardens on S.Clive Street
Other info:	Very timid, he does not know the area. He fled from carrier and terrified because Refuse Truck was lights flashing and noisy. Never been outside in Grangetown
