Circumstances:	hi my neighbour found a black cat that had a small bit of white on it, they found it in a bad way as it had been run over and it was very bad where all we could do was recognize the colour of the animal, we have buried it so it can rest in peace,, please if you are missing one around trehane road, treswithian road get in contact with me please
