Markings:	Found deceased unfortunately. Was prominently black had white paws
Circumstances:	Saw him laying on the pavement whilst driving past. A couple of other people stopped to help too. We checked if he was okay, he was still and appeared deceased, he was still warm so I took him to the vet to check for sure. No microchip was found and he was unfortunately no longer with us.
Other info:	Found near Redlam surgery Blackburn (witton area) he had been knocked down. We took him to Maxman road vet surgery, they had checked if he was microchipped but non was found. The cat was black and white, mainly black, appeared to be a healthy sized fully grown adult. We did knock on a few doors to find the owner no one recognised the cat.
