Markings:	Malting really badly with clumps of fur coming out. It is a tabby colour but also has shades of tortoiseshell too.
Circumstances:	We were driving and it was at side of road then walked out in front of car so we had to stop. Wouldn’t move out of road and got in car when we opened door then wouldn’t get back out. Tried to ring the owners number in the identity tube but unrecognised number. Looks like it is either elderly or lost as fur is coming out in chunks and seemed really hungry when we offered it food. Plan to take to get checked for microchip tomorrow
Other info:	Looks like it could have been outside for quite a while has an identity tube with her name and owners name and phone number but number is not recognised when tried to dial it.
