Markings:	white on the bottom half of his face on one side, white up the nose ending with a distinctive triangle at the top of his nose
Circumstances:	Loki was trapped by a cat "rescue" charity. The charity has now rehomed him in the UK and refuses to comply with police to tell them where he is. This is part of an ongoing criminal case
