Circumstances:	He seems to have been outside since Thursday. Last night he climbed in through my window desperate after doing this for a few days. Took him outside about 9pm yesterday and then this morning he was still out in the rain hiding under scaffolding and was soaking wet and distressed.

This cat came into my house on Hervey Park Road on 17th April, they were very very friendly and we struggled to get them to leave :( a neighbour whose garden backs on to Ritchings avenue said they have seen this cat visiting their garden before so it may live locally (whether its owners still do is another matter)
