I read about your cat jump.off the balcony and run off.I hope he will come back safe at home. If you can leave a door open in case he come back home in nighttime .Post pictures around that area, might someone will see him and contacting you.Take care

AS Blue is an indoor cat he probably hasn't gone that far, he will be terrified and is probably hiding very nearby, go out at night or early morning when it is very quiet and call him and then listen for his response, also check under bushes and tight spaces, lay a scent trail, put his bedding or some of your unwashed clothes out the smell may guide him home, hope you find him safe and well x
