Circumstances:	We think Ted might have slipped on a window sill while the window was opened. He is a timid cat and he probably ran outside the garden. He's never gone out before.

Ted was found at a building site close to the house. Hungry, dirty but unharmed. Guess he just had some party plans for New Year's eve.??
