Could it be Parker in reference PR81644. Although I think the white patch may be bigger on the cat you have found

Hello our cat has been missing for 18 weeks tommorow. He is black and a small white patch under his neck. he has a unique meow and takes food out of a dish with his paws. He is also microchipped and we are based in Birmingham
