Circumstances: This cat has been visiting my property on and off for a few weeks now. He meows plaintively but doesn't want food or water. Is happy to received scratches but seems to be upset about something. I have seen him wandering around Fawe Park Road as well. Seems to be in relatively good health but has a few scratches on his face since the last time he visited.

Don't think this cat is lost, but lives on my street. Seems to be well fed and another neighbour has reported him visiting them
