Report received via email. This cat was taken to a vet and handed back to the finder as the phone number was 'unobtainable' I made contact with the finder who asked how I can prove I am from a rescue, but was immediately blocked before I could even respond to that question - which makes it now impossible for me to help the cat! And the finder stated they are keeping the cat even though it is chipped - I have obtained copies of the messages. Sadly I can not run the chip as finder has blocked access. Hopefully someone else can help - Stokey perhaps?

This is closed because the owner was identified after being contacted via mail which was forwarded from an old address, and the cat was returned. Thankfully I was able to provide a home for the cat during those two weeks. Please remember to update your contract details everyone.
