Circumstances:	Adopted dog collected from fosterer, backed out of harness at stop a Oxford M40 Wheatley Services and bolted up embankment away from services
Other info:	Very frightened rescue dog slipped out of harness at Wheatley/Oxford services

Unfortunately the police have this evening retrieved a same description dog from M40 Jnc 8 this evening. It appears she was hit by a car. Sad ending

Unfortunately after several motorists reported swerving to avoid a same description dog on the motorway, it was found deceased by the police
