Circumstances:	Sadly deceased in fast flowing traffic section, unable to stop and retrieve. Was on the A40 travelling away from Oxford a little before the A418 turnoff :(
Other info:	Most of face and back black in colour with white across mouth chin and neck (was fleeting glimpse driving along)
