I went again to find him as I was coming back home. I waited at the beginning of James Street (we live in the end). There is a house that was let by the Estate Aganecy of Chancellors and there are cats over there (btw, can you please let them know that the shed is in ahorrendous condition, not accesible from people and pets might be lost/die there as it's full of stuff all the way to the door). I called him and he appeared! I had some frantic moments holding him very tight as he was trying to escape and I had to walk all the way home. I finally called for help and someone unlocked the house with my keys, as I was holding him. He is at home and we will see how it goes from now onwards. Thank you for the aamzing help and info!
