Circumstances:	I was not able to approach the dog and catch her as she was very nervous. There was no obvious ID on the collar. She was walking along the towpath heading out towards Abingdon. No owners in sight.

The dog looks very similar to one I have seen out walking with a lady in the Littlemore area, around Newman Road. I don't know her name or exactly where she lives though.
