Circumstances:	Cat was very friendly and came up to say hello. I saw that it lacked a collar and had a wound on its head. I thought given this and it’s social nature it seemed that it could be potentially be a lost cat and thought I should report it.
Other info:	Very social cat that was friendly, but lacked a collar and had a wound on its head. Seemed fine around people and well fed but given the wound I thought something may be wrong and should report the cat as a potential found pet.
