Markings: Very fine, thin 'mustache' of white fur across top lip
Circumstances: Looking lost and sad outside the entrance to the Mathematical Institute on Woodstock Road (Radcliffe Observatory Quarter)
Other info: S/he is wearing a green collar with an ID barrel but the lower part of the barrel has become detached, so its contents has been lost.

Superficially anyway bears quite a strong resemblance to a cat reported on the Pets Reunited website as found in Plantation Road in April 2019. Enquiries there might give a lead

Hello Marina, he has been at the vet's for a week and nobody has claimed him. My colleague will take him home.

He is home with me now. Will print posters and put them in and near Plantation Road, as that seems to be his ?home. If not claimed he has a home with me :)
