Markings:	A white spot her neck
Circumstances:	Saw her walking as going for a meal on returning 1hr later she was still around the area. She came to without hazitation. Very thin. Was very easy to handle will be contraction pet rescue org in the morning
Other info:	Many whiskers appear to be very short possibly cut, very slim.

Update.. Now reunited after a few calls she has escaped from a rescue.. Apparently she's a pro at escaping.

REUNITED After a few call, found out she escaped from a rescue. She's known for escaping from rescue place where she's registed and chipped.
