Hi, Milestone Vets in Newton Abbot have posted on Facebook about a cat found near Wetherspoons. It looks very similar to Waffle. I have commented on their post with a snap shot of this page, but will try to get a link to the facebook page for you. Fingers crossed

Thank you for thinking about Waffle. This lovely cat is similar but the markings are different. We think that a cat found by SWB a few months ago in our village may have been dear Waffle. Someone had hidden the body of a young cat under rubble in the grounds of the substation. Difficult due to time passed to be sure. It looks as if someone may have knocked the cat down then disposed of it out of the way. It was certainly a deliberate act to hide the cat. Thank you so much for the report. We miss Waffle still but it was lovely to know you cared enough to co tact

To Contact the website. We now have tracker collars on our cats. We gave a home to a Maine Coon as could not bear to have another Bengal. Best wishes

Mummified body of small cat found hidden under rubble when SWEB did maintenance to sub station near our house. Looks as if the cat had been knocked down and body thrown into the compound with rubbish put on top.
