Neighbour across the street has been working at home for the past couple of days. Thought she could hear a cat meowing. Her kids and husband heard nothing (bear in mind when they were all in the house our wee cat was probably quiet out of fear). He had managed to get himself stuck in the crawl space under their house by getting in through a coupe of missing bricks in an old coal store. When all the family except the wife were out tonight, she alerted me and we removed carpets and floorboards... There was Bertie, a bit on the skinny side but looking not too bad after 10 days with no food or water. Check up at the vet pending asap!
