Markings:	Red collar and white fur under her neck
Circumstances:	She is a house cat but likes to walk on the shelfs outside I live above a shop and by a mane road so it's the only place she can go it's a bit of a drop so I doubt she would have jumped down asked all neighbours put pictures up miss her so much she is part of the family please help
