Circumstances:	He started visiting my garden twice daily and began to look thin, so I offered him food in case he was lost. He has visited us every day since, twice daily and often staying in our garden during the day. I have also come back from a night out to find him calling me in our back garden at 10.00 pm at night. I followed him on one occasion as he left our garden and he appeared to enter the rough scrubland of the locally called Ham. A large area of common land at the bottom of our street.
Other info:	He is waiting in my garden to be fed from 7.00 am. Very often lying around in the garden during the day. Back again at dusk to be fed. He looks a very well cared for cat. No scratching for fleas. Very vocal. Wanting to come into my house. Unfortunately I already hava a stray cat we adopted and she is terrified of him. I hope I have not enticed him inadvertently. He cries very loudly and insistently. I think he is lost and I want to get him back to his owners. He is so handsome and friendly. Tummy rubs welcomed!

I had been in touch with Cats Protection who followed up my report. They came back to offer a pen for Ginger (who they have named Cheddar!) and will now, like yourselves, print off posters etc to try and find his owners. After a period of time with no response, they will offer him for adoption.
