Markings:	Clipped left ear at the top
Circumstances:	Arnie crossed New road to the other side (where the Green Door restaurant is) and was seen trying to cross back over the road but he couldn’t. He was then spotted near the school and near the garages near Berkeley Walk.
Other info:	He has some white on his chin
