Circumstances:	I saw this cat outside, at the petrol station. There was a couple with a car so, I asked if the cat was theirs. They said, they found the cat elsewhere approximately an hour ago. They had the cat in their car and had stopped there and, the cat got out the car. The cat came to me, I picked her up and put her in their car. I was there approximately 40mins. I gave them some registered charity vet phone numbers - who were not willing to help or even scan for a microchip. In the end the couple said, they are taking the cat to bethnal green police station. I hope this cat is safe. I hope she is microchipped and reunited with her owner. This is why people should keep cats indoors. She did look like she had fleas.

Cat did have a collar on, looked like a small bell was missing from a small metal loop.
