Hi, is this a stray cat or someones cat you are feeding? It doesnt look stray or underfed. Is it possible to see if it is an unneutered male? Or get the cat scanned for a microchip? Check with neighbors perhaps? Thank you

Rusty I’ve been feeding cat for 2months now that’s why looks so well but he is a bit Ferrell I got in touch with Waltham Forest and someone was to come over last wknd to see if cat was chipped but they didn’t turn up
