Collar:	Red with white bones
Microchipped:	Not sure
Markings:	He only has one fang and as a result he always looks like he's smiling because his tongue falls out a little bit.
Circumstances:	He went outside at his usual time but didn't return for lunch or dinner.
Other info:	He is very fluffy and when sitting has similar stripes to a penguin.
