Good evening, I saw a cat resembling Tinkerbell when I joined the A34 towards Bicester at 19:35 tonight 13/01/19. I had driven through Weston in the Green and was on the slip road to join the A34 northbound. The cat I saw was at the edge of the slip road, near the hedgerow trying to get away from the road. I hope you find her, I know she has been missing a while and I do keep my eyes peeled for her as I am local. Good luck. Charlotte

Yes indeed! Can I ask what side of the road you saw the cat on? Was it the side with houses near the Chequers? If we can pin point a spot, we can have a good look tomorrow!!

The Chequers was on my right and just as I went out of Weston and around the bend to join the A34, the cat was directly on my left just at the verge of the slip road trying to scramble into the hedgerow. It was very close to the houses but it was the A34 side of the village (made my stomach flip truth be told seeing it so close to the road). I really hope you find her. Please would you update after your search tomorrow?

We went off early this morning to see what's what, spoke to the one person at home in the houses, the other three, no reply, so left a poster in their letterbox. Now we have looked around in the daylight, John is going back tonight at the same time as Charlotte saw the b/w cat and set the trap and he will sit in the car as long as he can and will carry on all this week, but hopefully we may be lucky the first night. So Keep everything crossed and can you let Charlotte know what we are doing. Hi Charlotte can you email j.holcroft802@btinterber.com as John and Judith live near you and are looking for Tinkerbell for me, as we live in Devon and list her whilst travelling. Please let me know too if you see her again etc. Thanks so much, Glenda x

Hello Glenda, I have emailed Judith. I thought it was to your own account so it was addressed to you but I’m sure Judith will pass it on. I spoke to John last year about her but he told me that the cat I had seen couldn’t be Tinkerbell as she had lost her collar, and the one I saw had a collar. What a desperate situation. Wishing you good luck Glenda. I will keep looking don’t worry.

Aww! Thank you so much Charlotte xx Tinkerbell pulled hwr collar off.over her head when she ran off in March 2017. However, if someone has taken her in, they could have put a new collar on her now. She is microchipped. John and Judith have been so helpful, and I am so grateful to them and you. Xx If you did manage a photo that would help

Hello Glenda, I will definitely keep a look out for her when I am passing through that way. Charlotte
