She is well known to the area if you look on her collar her address is on it. She is not happy where she lives so hopes someone else will take her in. As to the state she's in she might have medical conditions certainly she has no teeth which might explain her skinniness if you can give her a better home than her current one it would probably be a good thing

Please do not advocate taking someone's cat and give her a better home if you are not sure of the real circumstances. If you know the cat and you are concerned about her well-being please bring it up with the owners and not random strangers on internet. This cat has a home but has also a health condition and is on medications.

Hi, thanks for your comments. The cat has been reunited with her family, apologies for the delay in reporting I’ve been caught up with work and hadn’t checked online
