Markings:	his fur is sparse on his tummy
Circumstances:	He normally goes out for 10 minutes and at a time and then returns. He always comes home when we call him but he hasn't returned. He may be locked in a garage or shed. He's a small cat, his fur is thin, which makes him vulnerable in the cold weather.
