Please check the local parks. I am part of London Wildlife Protections LWP and all the cockatiels that were brought to us were found in parks.

Pancake appeared on someones balcony. They opened the door and let her in. She was hungry and a little dehydrated but besides that completely fine. They contacted me through a Facebook ad that one of their friends had seen.
