Circumstances:	With regret and deepest sympathy, I report I saw this poor thing close to the crash barrier on the Westbound carriageway of the A30, as I was overtaking, on my way home this evening. I felt very sad for the owners, if it has one, and think that if it belongs to someone, they'd want to know what has happened to it. Hopefully this is the right thing for me to do and I hope I don't cause any unnecessary distress to anyone whose cat it isn't, who might have lost theirs in a similar area. I'm so sorry.
