Microchipped:	Not sure
Markings:	I have only seen her in the dark as she is very nervous, she's quite small and her tail is quite straight. It looks like her collar has been caught and is not tapped across her shoulder/back . . .it has been like this for about 3 nights at least. She runs away at the smallest sound so I have not been able to lure her/trap her.
Circumstances:	Cat has been caught on my camera a few times trying to eat the food we give the fox, she is extremely skittish and runs away at the slightest noise. It looks like her collar has been caught and is trapped around her shoulder/back making her movements unnatural and restricted (which is why I think she's so scared). I'm not able to catch her but she's come by to eat food every evening for the last 3 or so evenings and her collar has been this way the whole time suggesting she hasn't been to her home
