There is a cat looking like your abonded in front of the building of 33 Anson Road n70rb. The cat has been there since 3 days now

Was your black cat wearing a collar? There has been a black cat with red collar in Newland Drive, EN1. The collar looks a bit tight but the cat is very nervous and won't let me near it.. It isn't around all the time but eats as if it hasn't eaten for days when food is outside. The cat looks young.
