Markings:	Has recently been cropped quite short due to matting of fur so could easily be mistaken for a young Golden Retriever.
Circumstances:	He managed to slip his lead and ran away from the person walking him.
Other info:	The collar has owner contact details on it. Also wearing a brown flee collar
