FOUND
Name: Unknown
Breed & Species: Domestic short-haired cat
Colour: Black and grey
SimpleColour:
Found: 5 years ago
(29 April 2019 at around 11:00hrs)
Location: Ravensthorpe Road, Dewsbury WF12 9EG, UK
Health: Injured or unwell
Age:
Sex: Unknown
Collar: No
Microchipped: Not sure
Markings: It has `leopard` spots down its legs. Very unusual markngs. It has one very dark grey, almost black, stripe all down its back to it`s tail.
Circumstances: I found this cat in my house this morning when I left the door open for my own cat to come in from the garden. The lost cat was on my cat`s table eating her leftovers from her cat bowl. It saw me and ran outside into the garden. This cat has visited my garden two or three times. I have put out some food for it when I have seen but it does not stay long. Getting too thin. Needs to be found.
Other info: It has long legs and a long body. It appeared to have a good body weight when I first saw it but I think it has lost weight since I saw it last which gives it a `lanky` appearance, i.e. getting thinner, it needs to be found quickly.

The cat is still visiting my garden on occasions and he does look somewhat better than when I first saw him. That said, if he cries out either for attention or because he is hungry I do give him some good quality cat food just in case he has not yet managed to find his owner. I keep hoping that he lives somewhere close by in the neighbourhood but I am not totally sure yet.

I no longer have any information regarding this cat since it has not visited my garden for some considerable time . I am assuming that by now it will have found it`s way home.
