Circumstances:	I feed stray cats and this cat showed interest in the strays arriving for their meals. He hasn't left the garden since and is sleeping in the outside cat bed.
Other info:	Meows a lot. Rather thick tail which is unusual for a cat.

be him but he is chipped and neutured was wearing a blue collar when we went missing but it could easily unclip off him if you coilf
